The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has announced the criteria for the sixth wave of Phase 2 of the e-invoicing mandate. Starting January 1, 2024, taxpayers with VAT taxable revenue exceeding SAR 70 million for the years 2021 and 2022 are required to integrate their e-invoicing systems with ZATCA's FATOORA platform.
